July 9, 2009 - BCHS Potluck Picnic - Truman Dam RV Park - 6 pm

August 13, 2009 - BCHS Monthly Meeting - 7 pm

The August meeting of the BCHS will be held on Thursday; August 13 - 7 pm at the Boonslick Regional Library (102 E Jackson - Warsaw).  Benton County Development Corporation representative Irv Jensen will be discussing the County-Wide Toursim Plan. 

September 10, 2009 - BCHS Monthly Meeting

The September meeting of the BCHS will be held on Thursday; September 10.  "Steamboat Granny" Maggie Gilbert will be making a presentation on Steamboats as she portrays "Pelagie LaBarge" wife of steamboat captain Joseph LaBarge.  MORE DETAILS TO COME!

Monthly Meetings

The monthly meeting of the Benton County Historical Society is held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Boonslick Regional Library at the corner of Commercial and Jackson Streets in Warsaw, Missouri.

Everyone is invited to attend! This is a great opportunity to see first hand what our organization is all about.
